Mrs. Ellen Donaghue's home was stricken with sorrow, Thursday morning, Oct. 27, just at dawn, when death laid its cold hand on Mary and claimed her for its own. It was a great shock to the family, who was not expecting such a thing so soon. Mary Donaghue was born in Clarny, Ireland. She was 40 years of age, and leaves an aged mother, three brothers, Patsy, Florence and Daniel, besides a host of cousins and friends to mourn her loss. She was laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery, Saturday, Oct. 29th.
