Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 24 Dec. 1908.
Monday evening, December 21st, 1908, about 6:00 o'clock, after an illness of several months, Mrs. Henry F. Jungblut passed peacefully away to that great beyond.
Lizzie Boettcher was born in Boardman township, June 20, 1875. On March 30th, 1904, she was united in marriage with Henry F. Jungblut, and for a time they resided on the Pahlas farm just west of town. To them was born one child who died about a year ago. Owing to the poor health of Mrs. Jungblut they moved to town and made their home with her mother.
Deceased is survived by her mourning husband, her mother, two sisters, Mrs. Riley Glesne, of Elkader, and Mrs. Minnie Pratt, of Minneapolis; and three brothers, Earnest, of Boardman twp., Richard, of St. Paul, and Henry, of Condo, S.D.
The funeral services were held this afternoon at the Congregational church, the interment being in the East Side cemetery.
Our sympathy goes out to our mourning friends.
