Alberta Louise (Meisner) Sargent, 64, of Guttenberg, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at the Guttenberg Care Center after a long illness. Funeral services: 2 p.m. Monday, St. John's Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, by the Rev. Harold McMillin. Burial: Guttenberg City Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Guttenberg and one hour before services Monday at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Lyle; one daughter, Sara (Sargent) Noack of Guttenberg; one son, Dennis Sargent of Osterdock; two sisters, Kathryn (Larry) Borcherding of Guttenberg and Laura (Dave) Cullen of Alberta Louise (Meisner) Sargentnkeny; one brother, Ron (Chris) Hyde of Dubuque; one sister-in-law, Mardell Meisner of Guttenberg; and three grandchildren, Matthew Noack, Mark Noack and Grace Noack.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Realto and Florence (Gull) Meisner; and one brother, Larry Meisner.

In lieu of flowers, plants, benches, statuary, and all other gifts, the family would appreciate all memorials be directed to the family of Alberta Sargent.
