Mrs. Willhelmine Eggert died near Littleport, Monday morning, of blood poisoning caused by the extraction a tooth. She was born in Seehausen, Hanover, Germany, October 28, 1852, and came to Guttenberg October 8, 1896, where she resided some time and then made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Herman Kuehl, near Elkport, who survives her besides a son in Germany. Funeral services were held at Elkport, Wednesday afternoon, by Rev. Linnenberg, of Clayton Center. Interment was in the cemetery at Elkport. Mrs. Chas. Johnson, Mr. ad Mrs. Jos. Kuehl and Mrs. Herman Mohrman from here attended the funeral. - Clayton County Journal.
