Johnnie Cannon, aged 20 years died Feb. 12, 1898, at his home in this city. Again the Angel Death has entered this home and another loved one answered the call to a home where pain and sorrow are unknown. He has gone to meet the loved ones gone before; who have prepared a place in the beautiful heaven above.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his father Mr. Jerry Cannon and a sister Mrs. A. Hahn. Funeral services were held at St. Mary's Church McGregor, Monday Feb. 14. The father and sister have the sympathy of all in their hour of sorrow.
