In 1874 she was united in marriage to Abe Jones. To this union were born three children, one of whom died in infancy. Mrs. Jones died suddenly at her home in Volga on Saturday, Dec. 31st, 1910. Mrs. Jones was converted in her youth and several years afterward joined the Methodist church at Edgewood, remaining a loyal Methodist to the end. She was a woman of quiet and unassuming character, a lover of her home, where, on account of poor health, she was always to be found taking both pleasure and comfort in the true home duties.
