Elkader Register & Argus, Thur., 12 Oct. 1911. Strawberry Point column.

Mr. and Mrs. Boardman Cooley, formerly of this place but now of Dubuque, mourn the loss of their infant baby only five days old. Mr. Cooley accompanied the remains here for burial Monday morning where they were laid to rest in our beautiful cemetery. Short services were conducted at the grave by Rev. W. A. Piper.

Death certificate gives her dates as 09/26/1911 - 10/01/1911 and named Callie Jean Cooley. Parents: Boardman & Ada Mae (Marsh) Cooley. Died of 'spasms'.
