Elkader Register, Thur., 8 July 1926.

Fred Greve, a former resident of Elkader, passed away at his home in Oelwein last Friday evening shortly after six o'clock. Mr. Greve was salesman for the W. T. Rawleigh company and had been in poor health for some time. The body was taken to the home of Chas. Hildebrandt near Littleport, from where funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon. He was laid to rest in Littleport cemetery. He was fifty-three years old and is survived by his widow, one sister and one brother.
