The death of Henry William Buchholz, son of Mrs. Julia Buchholz, of Guttenberg, occurred at the county hospital at Elkader on Wednesday of last week. Deceased was forty-three years old when death called him, and had been an inmate of the county hospital for a number of years. The body was brought to the home of his mother in this city on Thursday, where funeral services were conducted by Rev. Lehne of St. John's Evangelical church on Friday afternoon. The body was laid to rest in the city cemetery. He is survived by his aged mother, one sister and other relatives.
