MONONA: Charles Miller [sic], another of Monona's outstanding citizens, passed away late Saturday night, after a short illness, in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Voelzke. He had been in his usual good health less than a week before his death and had been up town and working about the house.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 1:45 from the Albert Voelzke home to the Lutheran church at two o'clock, and burial was made in the Lutheran cemetery beside Mrs. Miller. The Rev. H. W. Siefkes officiated.

Mr. Miller is survived by one son, Arno H. Miller, and two daughters, Mrs. Albert Voelzke, with whom he lived, and Mrs. George L. Bruns. Mrs. Miller and a son, Hobert Miller, preceded him in death, the latter in 1934.

Mr. Miller was a faithful member of the Lutheran church and always loved to attend services. He was a happy man and his many friends and relatives will miss his smile. The sympathy of the entire community is extended the children in their bereavement.
