Henry Kohler of this city received the sad news of the death of his mother, Mrs. Anna Kohler, Wednesday a.m.

Mrs. Kohler had been a resident of this city all her life until a few months ago, when she went to Perry, Mo., to live with her daughter, Mrs. August Friedlein. Since Mr. Kohler's death several years ago Mrs. Kohler has not been well.

There are three sons, William of Dubuque, Henry of Guttenberg, and Larry of Minnesota, and one daughter, Mrs. Martha Friedlein of Perry, Mo.; several grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Yetta Geuder of Guttenberg and Mrs. Emma Roth of Dubuque.

The body was brought to Guttenberg Friday evening and the funeral was held Saturday morning from St. John's Lutheran church, the Rev. Adix officiating. Burial was made in the city cemetery.
