Clayton County Register, Thur., 2 June 1932.

Joseph Meyer died Saturday, May 28th, at the Warnicke home at the Three Corners, following an attack of pneumonia, which had lasted about one week.

Mr. Meyer was born Oct. 1, 1867, in Cox Creek township, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Meyer, but had never married. He had lived all his life in this county and of recent years had made his home with the Warnicke brothers and Wm. Koehn, near Communia.

He is survived by two brothers and two sisters, as follows: Max, of Garnavillo, Ed. of Strawberry Point, Mrs. Gusta Vogel of Mason City and Mrs. Lenora Beckman of Littleport.

Funeral services were held at the Warnicke home Tuesday afternoon and interment was made in the East Side cemetery here, the Rev. P. Kitterer of this place officiating.
