Willard Hines, 86, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 1959, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ivan Harbaugh, west of town, where he had made his home for some time. He was ill only a short while.

The body was taken to Appleton's funeral home at Edgewood from where services were held Friday. Burial was in the Cox Creek cemetery.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Harbaugh, Volga; Mrs. Vern Kellogg, Lamont; Mrs. Glenn Price, Fairbank; four sons, Glen, Waterloo; Melvin, Edgewood; Kenneth, Dunkerton, and Ray, Fairbank.
