The funeral of Ike Walters was held Tuesday morning at the Hansel Cemetery and was largely attended.

I. N. Walters, of near Colesburg, was found dead at his home on last Friday with a wound on the lower part of his body caused by a shotgun. He had borrowed the shotgun from a neighbor that day for the purpose of killing rabbits in his garden, and just how he came to his death is hard to tell. Deceased was about 74 years of age at the time of death.
