Elkader Register, Thur., 12 May 1921. Strawberry Point column.

The death of A. Simms occurred last Thursday after a brief illness. Funeral services were held in the German church Sunday, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Fritschel. A large crowd gathered to pay their last tribute to a dear friend. Burial took place in the Taylorsville cemetery.
