McGregor: Funeral services for Clement D. Langley, who died at his home in McGregor last Saturday after a long illness, were held at the Congregational church Monday afternoon, Rev. J. F. Parsons officiating. He had been in the restaurant business here for several years.
Clement D. Langley was born in Zanesville, Ohio, July 11, 1868, but moved to Iowa when a small boy. On March 12 he was married to Miss Lila A. Hill at Sioux City, and to them were born two daughters, Mrs. Alice Prather and Mrs. Mildred Kile. Besides his wife and daughters he is survived by three sisters, Margaret Rasmusson and Sadie McDonald of Dow City, Iowa, and Bessie Binnell of Dayton, Iowa; two brothers, Walter of Springview, Nebr., and Jay of Dow City, Iowa; also ten nephews and six nieces. He was a brother-in-law of F. L. McCreary of Elkader.
