Funeral services for Mrs. Wm. Barska Sr., who died at the home of her daughter, Sophie, at Merrill, Wis., will be held at the home of Mrs. Anna Glesne Friday afternoon. Mrs. Barska is an aunt by marriage of Mrs. Glesne and a sister of Mrs. Lydia Leuchtenmacher. Local people will remember when Mr. and Mrs. Barska operated a farm near here a number of years ago. Following Mr. Barska's death, Mrs. Barska has been making her home with her daughter at Merrill. While here, Mrs. Barska was a faithful member of the Frauen Verein. At the time of her death she was eighty years old.

(Note: Surname is spelled Barske. Her maiden name is given in the obit of her husband William, who died in 1911)
