Miss Alice Tollefson Ulberg was born March 7, 1859, and died April 20, 1935, at the age of 76 years. Her parents moved here in 1853 from Norway. Her parents were Tolek and Berget Tollefson Ulberg. Eight years ago she moved to St. Olaf with her brothers Tollef and Gilbert. Those who have preceded her in death are her brothers Tollef, Gisle and Peter, and her twin sister, Tillie (Mrs. Julius Peterson, her sister Carrie (Mrs. Hans Hanson of Elkader. One brother, Gilbert, survives.

Miss Ulberg's health has been failing since last fall but she was able to be around until two weeks ago. Friday morning she suffered a stroke and she died peacefully Saturday evening at 5:30. Miss Ulberg had many friends and will be missed by many. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Norway church, The Rev. S. J. Strandjord officiating.
