Funeral services for Alfred J. Kishman, 88, were held Thursday afternoon, Feb. 15, at the Schultz Funeral home with Paul L. Miller of Garnavillo conducting the services. Burial was in the Monona City cemetery.

Mr. Kishman died Tuesday morning, Feb. 13, at the Guttenberg hospital. For the last six months, Mr. Kishman had been a resident at the Uriell Rest Home in Garnavillo.

He was born on a farm south of Luana, the son of Henry and Harriet, nee Sheppard Kishman. He lived in Monona for many years and the last years lived on a farm south of McGregor.

He was married three times, the wives all having preceded him in death.

Also preceding him in death were his parents, three sisters, Carrie, Liza and Lottie; and three brothers, Lee, George and Werner.

Surviving are a sister, Mrs. J.R. (Cora) Moses, and a brother, Howard, both of Monona.

Pallbearers were: Hermie Sherbonda, Robert Krousie, Arthur Gelo, Oliver Thiese Sr., Oliver Thiese Jr. and Floyd Gettman.
