A Monona man, injured in a one-car accident Saturday east of Monona, remained hospitalized last night. Jerry Lee Nussbaum, 25, was in critical condition at Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wis. Nussbaum was eastbound on county Rd B-45 about 1 a.m., when his car went into the ditch and overturned. He was not wearing a seat belt.

Jerry L. Nussbaum, 26, died Sunday, June 23, 1996, in Lutheran Hospital, La Crosse, Wis., of injuries suffered May 25 in an auto accident in Clayton County.

Graveside services 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Monona City Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are with Hanson Funeral Home, Waukon.

Survivors include a daughter, Jessica Christensen of Waterloo; and two sons, Danny Barrett of Hawarden and Ryan Christensen of Waterloo. Also surviving is a very special friend, Julie Livingston and family.
