Meehan, Cornelius "Con" died 1924

Elkport, Ia., Aug. 20. Special:

A telegram received by William Constigan Monday brought the news that Con Meehan, a former well know resident of Elkport, had died of blood poisoning in a hospital at Still Water, Minn. Mr. Meehan was married to Anna Costigan, a daughter of Patrick Costigan of this place. The Meehan family for the past ten years have resided in St. Paul, Minn., where burial will take place.

William Costigan left Monday for St. Paul to attend the funeral.
