Elkader Register, Thur., 7 Aug. 1924. Volga City Views column.

The remains of Mrs. Charles Bevins were brought here Tuesday and were laid beside her husband.

Notes: her death certificate (Family Search.org) gives her maiden name as Beman. The obit of her 2nd husband Charles Bevins indicates she had a first marriage to Mr. Horton.
