He was baptized and confirmed by Rev. N. Arveson of St. Olaf who also was called home a few weeks ago. He was confirmed in 1922 with a class of ten others who all are left to mourn his loss.
He is survived by his father and mother; three sisters, Alma now Mrs. Anton Peterson, of Luana, Iowa; Ida and Nora at home; also many other relatives and friends.
The funeral services were held at the Marion Lutheran Church of Gunder Tuesday afternoon March 4th and interment was in the Marion cemetery, Rev. G. Gunsten of Clermont officiating.
He will be greatly missed at home, but knowing that he has gone to a better home so may his soul rest in peace.
