Another old resident passed away last Wednesday after a week's illness, beginning with the grip, Thomas Spencer, aged 74. He leaves his old companion as sole mourner, and she has the sympathy of the community in her affliction. Deceased was an Englishman by birth and has lived here many years, having been a member of the Methodist church since its organization in the 50's.
