Dubuque Telegraph Herald - November 3, 1931

Elkader, Ia. Nov. 3. - Special: Funeral services for Gerald Conboy, 20 years old, were held in Sacred Heart Church, Volga City, Thursday, the Rev. Father Cregan officiating. The young man lived near here for several years and attended the Elkader high school.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Conboy, two brothers, Thomas, Jr., and John Dale, and a sister, Corrine, all of Volga City; two other sisters, Mrs. La Von White of Osage and Mrs. Blanche White of Oelwein also survive.

Interment was made in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
