St. Olaf- Funeral services for Thor K. Thompson, 56, were held Friday afternoon from the home here to the Norway Lutheran church at 2 o'clock. The Rev. S. J. Strandjord, pastor, officiated. Songs were rendered by Evelyn Thoreson and by the Norway choir. Burial was in the church cemetery.

The pallbearers were: Herb Thompson, Lars Thompson, Floyd Orvis, Blaine Johnson, Tor Torarud, Henry Larson, Elmer Ronquist and Knudt Stearns.

Mr. Thompson was born on a farm in Wagner township on April 5, 1880. On Aug. 7, 1912, he was married to Elizabeth Teigen. To this union two children were born. The past six years he operated a service station here.

Besides his widow, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Roy Russow, and a son, Knute, all of St. Olaf; and a brother, Carl Thompson of Ryder, N.D.
