Funeral services for Randolph Dale Houg, 43, were held Saturday, July 18, 1992, at Norway Lutheran Church, rural St. Olaf. Rev. William Palmquist officiated the service with burial in Norway Lutheran Cemetery. Pallbearers were Roger Torkelson, Rodney Torkelson, Glen Bente, Jim Tayek, Bob Tayek and Mark Leonard.

Randy Houg, the son of Millard and Opal (Torkelson) Houg, was born October 24, 1948, at Elkader. He graduated from the M-F-L High School in Monona. He farmed over the years near Farmersburg. He died Monday morning, July 13, 1992, at his residence near Farmersburg.

Survivors include his father, Millard of Farmersburg; a brother, Stanley of Farmersburg; a sister, Mrs. Tom (Sonja) Leahy of Cedar Rapids; one niece and two nephews.
