Elkader Register, Thur., 11 June 1903. Volga City Views column.

Twins were born to E. T. Scott and wife March 5th, 1903. One died the same day. The other one, Eva, lived until June 3rd and of whooping cough, aged two months and 28 days. The funeral services were held in the home of the sadly bereaved parents on Friday the 5th, at two p.m., and the remains were accompanied to the Volga cemetery by sympathizing relatives and friends.
