Old Mr. Romig died Sunday, August 17, 1890, after a lingering illness. His remains were interred in the Littleport cemetery on the 18th inst. He leaves quite a large family of children, all grown, to mourn his demise.

Locals: Littleport
Buried: Union Cemetery, Cox Creek Township
Spouse: Margaret (Galer) Romig died in 1868
