Lovett, Hannah (Appleton) 1814-1890

We are sorry to announce the death of Mrs. M. W. Lovett which took place at her home in Elk township, Sunday afternoon, June 29, 1890. Mrs. Lovett has been sick for several years and had reached the ripe old age of 73 years.

It was not but a few days ago that Mr. and Mrs. Lovett celebrated their golden wedding and but little did the many friends think, that so soon would that happy union be dissolved.

The funeral took place Tuesday and was very largely attended by neighbors and friends of the family. The family have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.

Buried: Brown Cemetery, Mallory Township
Husband: Mark W. died 1899
-They had six children and built a log cabin in 1848 when they settled in Elk Township, coming from Warren County Ohio.
