Elkader Register, Thur., 27 Mar. 1890.

Died- Monday, March 24th, 1890, of lung fever, Mrs. Anna Lundt, aged 67 years. Another one of our oldest citizens has passed away to the home from whence no traveler returns. The deceased came to Volga township twenty-five years ago, and since that time has been a resident beloved and respected by all. She leaves two sons Fredrick and Henry and one daughter Mrs. Jacob Meyer, who are all highly respected citizens. The funeral took place Wednesday, and was largely attended, Rev. Fuchs officiated.
