Died- At her home near Osterdock, Tuesday, March 18th, 1890, Mrs. Mary F. Jones, at the ripe age of 42 years, 5 months and 9 days. Deceased had been in poor health for years, but was conscious to the last. She was one of the unfortunate victims of consumption, but of late had caught the la grippe, and passed away after a lingering illness of eight weeks. She leaves a husband, a daughter and three sons to mourn the loss of a wife and mother. The funeral services were held at 12 o'clock on Thursday, at the house, by Rev. Hansel, who preached a very able sermon. Her remains were laid to rest in the Hansel cemetery, in the presence of a large concourse of friends.
