Died Wednesday, February 26, at the home of Joseph Kister, Adam Kister, aged 74 years.

Mr. Kister was born in Borchhausen, Prussia, May 12, 1816. He emigrated to this country in 1871 and located on a small farm near Garnavillo.

His wife preceded him in death two years ago. Four children, all of whom are married, mourn this loss of their aged father. His remains were buried at the Catholic cemetery on Friday, followed by a large concourse of sorrowing friends.
