John Kossuth, of Guttenberg, the father of John Kossuth, the restaurant keeper, died Tuesday.

The Dubuque Herald of Saturday last contains the following item of local interest: "George Cassutt returned last night from Guttenberg where he had been attending the funeral of his uncle, John Kossuth, who had died Wednesday, aged (looks like 60 years). The cause of death was heart disease. The deceased leaves a wife, one son and two daughters. In former years he lived in this city and was well known to many Dubuquer."
