Yvonne Iva Frye,65, died Saturday night, June 28, 1997, in Elkader Care Center after a brief illness. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday, Peace United Church of Christ, by the Rev. Donna Buckman. Burial: Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Clayton County. Friends may call from 5 to 9 tonight at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.

Survivors include a son, Alan Baker of LeClaire; her mother, Esther Palas, and a brother, Clifford Palas, both of Elkader; and two sisters, Jennadine Walters of Elkader and Julaine Mohning of Monona.
