Elkport- Keith Ross Koth, 64, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, in a milk truck accident near Patch Grove Township, Wis. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday, Hope Lutheran Church, Littleport, by the Rev. Tom Martin. Burial: Mount Harmony Cemetery, rural Garber. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Leonard Funeral Home, Elkader, and one hour before services Sunday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; his parents, Kenneth and Romilda of Postville; a son, Brian of Elkport; a brother, Burnell of Postville; and three sisters, Diane Kruse of Postville, Helena Zweibohmer of Clermont and Joann Malsed of Sheldon.
