Anna Maria Henry was a kind, intelligent woman, a devoted wife, and an exceedingly good mother. The commendable character of her large family of survivors exemplifies her life work better than words can describe. This would be a much better human habitation if it had more mothers like Mrs. Henry.
She was a devout member of the Catholic church, and the funeral services were held in the Catholic church at Cox Creek last Thursday. Rev. Father Casey preached the funeral sermon. Her seven surviving sons acted as pall-bearers. The interment was made in the near-by cemetery.
