Simmes, William 1835-1901

At the county home in Read twp., occurred the death on Friday, June 21st, of Wm. Simmes, of Giard twp. He was 66 years of age, a native of Germans (sic), where he was employed by the Krupp iron works. He came to this country about 20 years ago, going to the county home a week ago. The burial was at the county cemetery on Saturday.
