Services for Keith A. White, 46, of Guttenberg were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, at St. Mary Catholic Church and were conducted by Father Paul Peters.

Mr. White died Wednesday morning, Dec. 21, 1988 at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital.

Burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery with the following pallbearers: Ralph Livingston, Kurt Biermann, Donald Borman, Robert Moser, Harvey Bolsinger and Jack Harbaugh. Honorary bearers were Eldean Wilke, Merlin Rentschler, Mike Christen, Rueben Christen, Malcolm Whittle, Steve Whittle, Mike Leonard and Jerry Larson.

Visitation was at the Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, where the wake service was said Friday evening.

Mr. White was a son of Everett and Bertha (Billmeyer) White and was born in Clayton County Nov. 10, 1942. He was married at St. Mary Church on Sept. 25, 1965 to Joan Leliefeld, who survives. Mr. White worked at Pierce Lumber in Guttenberg, then Grau Logs and Lumber in Elkader for approximately 20 years, until he became ill.

Surviving besides his wife, Joan, are three sons, Jeff, Steven and Brian, and one daughter, Tonya, all of Guttenberg; four grandchildren; three brothers, Kenneth of Colesburg; Gary of Garnavillo and Michael of Summerville, S.C.; and four sisters, Norma Barnhart of Dubuque; Mrs. Henry (Sandra) Fassbinder Jr. of Guttenberg, Mrs. Michael (Linda) Felder of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. Duane (Caroline) Wille of Colesburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
