Milo C. Fuelling, 78, died Friday, May 13, at 7 a.m. at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital following a short illness.

Services were conducted by Pastor Stan Lillich at St. John's Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. Sunday with burial in Guttenberg City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Fred Schrader, Rueben Werges, Walter Bahls, John Aulwes, Larry Duwe and John Solomon.

Mr. Fuelling was born in Farmersburg Feb. 28, 1899 and was a son of Ernest and Mary Kahle Fuelling. He was married Feb. 15, 1923 at Farmersburg to Elvera Wahls, who survives. Mr. Fuelling was custodian at Guttenberg Community School for 20 years before his retirement.

Surviving besides his wife are one son, Elwood of Wheatland; one daughter, Mrs. Duwane (Eldora) Duwe of Guttenberg; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Lona Embretson of St. Olaf.

The Tuecke - Allenstein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
