Cedar Rapids Gazette, April 16, 1919

Mrs. Sarah Halfhill died at her home, 1030 North Tenth street west, yeserday, following a lingering illness. She was 78 years old. She is survived by five children. She had been a resident of Cedar Rapids for ten years.

The funeral services will be held at the home of her son, S. W. Halfhill, 1812 Ellis boulevard, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday. The body will be taken to Edgweood for burial.
