McGregor- Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. Adelia Barnhart, 88, native of McGregor, who died at the home of her daughters, Mrs. Howard Botts and Miss Beatrice Barnhart, in Rockville Centre, Long Island, N.Y.

The body will be cremated and the ashes brought to McGregor for burial.

Mrs. Barnhart was born on a farm near McGregor, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Davis. After her husband's death many years ago, she moved to town where she made her home. She spent part of her time the past years visiting her daughters in New York.

A son, Stanley, of Los Angeles, Calif., also survives.
