Guttenberg- Wayne E. Erickson, 45, drowned Saturday afternoon in the Mississippi River near Guttenberg. (See story on this page.) He was employed at John Deere in Dubuque.

Survivors are his wife, Linda; two daughters, Shannon at home, and Dianna of Maquoketa; his mother, Rozella Erickson of Prairie du Chien, Wis.; and one sister, Elaine Erickson of LaPlata, Mo.

Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Tuecke-Allyn's. The body will be cremated.
