Verni "Coonie" Koehn,85, died Wednesday evening, March 27, 1996, in the Guttenberg Care Center after a long illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, St. John's Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Harold McMillan. Burial: Guttenberg City Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 tonight at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Survivors include his wife, Verna; a daughter, Donna Spieler of High Springs, Fla.; and two sons, Ron of Amana and Paul of Ankeny.

Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
