Farmersburg- Mrs. Elta Tielbar, 82, of Gadsden, Ala., formerly of Farmersburg, died Wednesday in a Gadsden hospital.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church at Farmersburg, with burial in the Farmersburg-Wagner Cemetery. Friends may call Friday at the Schultz Funeral Home at Monona, Ia.

Surviving are a son, Orval Tielbar of Farmersburg; four daughters, Mrs. Frances Schmidt of Chicago, Elneta Tielbar of Gadsden, Ala., Mrs. Forrest Brett of Williston, Fla., and Mrs. Helen Freisz of Muskegon, Mich.; nine grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Marvin Mueller of Farmersburg.
