Cedar Rapids Gazette, Sat., 15 Aug. 1942.

Oelwein- Funeral services for Frank Brewer, 72, were conducted at the Brant chapel Friday by Elder George MacFarlane, pastor of the Church of the Latter Day Saints. Burial was at Farmersburg. Mr. Brewer died early Wednesday at his home here following a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, four sons, Earl of Camp Chaffee, Ark., Milton of Oelwein, Harold of Chicago and Allan of Los Angeles, and two daughters, Mrs. Viva Sorenson of Chicago and Mrs. Mildred Hagemeister of Rose Mount, Minn.
