CHARLES MITCHELL,
Monona, Ia., - SPECIAL: Funeral services for Charles Addison Mitchell, 75, were held at the Methodist Church here Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. G. W. Turner, pastor, officiating.
Pallbearers were: Jake Silverman, Dr. B. B. Everall, A. E. Schwab, Will Bernhardt, Eugene Kleinpell, and Paul Schfield.
Mr. Mitchell died at his home Saturday morning following a several month illness.
A son of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson Mitchell he was born at Rossville on May 20, 1862. He was married to Muriell Howarth on Sept. 18, 1886
Survivors besides his widow are five daughters: Mrs. James Cassidy, Mrs. Charles Miller, and Mrs. Ray Lane, all of Aberdeen, S. D., Mrs. O. W. Hamm of East Moline, Ill., and Mrs. George Holly of Sumner; and nine grandchildren.
His parents, three brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.
