Joseph Wiley

Strawberry Point: Services for Joseph Francis Wiley, 42, were held Saturday morning, Jan. 7, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Mr. Wiley died Wednesday, Jan. 4, after a long illness. He was born June 29, 1924, to Jon Joseph and Grace Thyne Wiley. Surviving are his mother, Grace Wiley, Strawberry Point, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Staach, Lisbon. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Leo Edward.

The rosary was held at the Grace Wiley residence Friday evening at 8 p.m. where the body lay in state.
