Guttenberg- Lloyd E. Amundson, 74, retired carpenter, died Sunday morning at a Guttenberg care center.

Survivors include his wife, Bernice; a son, Lloyd V. of Waukon; four daughters, Marlene Meyer, Linda Buechler and Rita Leliefeld, all of Guttenberg, and Rose Mary Tielbar of Farmersburg; two sisters, Mabel Johnson of McGregor and Gladys Knapp of West Union; and 19 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church, Farmersburg. Friends may call after 2 p.m.. today at Witt's, Elkader. Burial: Farmersburg-Wagner Cemetery, with military rites by the St. Olaf American Legion Post.
