ELKADER
Willy P. Ruhser, 83, died Friday morning at the Prairie Convalescent Center in Prairie du Chien, Wis.

Survivors include his wife, Inez, of Prairie du Chien; one son, Willis of Prairie du Chien; eight brothers and sisters living in Germany; and five grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Leonard-Witt’s, Elkader, where friends m ay call after 2 p.m. Sunday.

Burial: Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Clayton Center.
